How Developers, Renovators, & Investors can Maximise Access to Finance
The financial landscape has altered significantly over the past year. Interest rates have risen, and some lenders have recently changed the way they assess loan applications.
As property developers, renovators, and investors we need to understand the finance landscape – including how these changes affect our costs and our access to finance.
This month, property finance expert Cameron Perry from Perry Finance will cover the following:
About Cameron Perry
Cameron Perry is the principal and director of Perry Finance, a boutique mortgage brokerage with a focus on commercial and small business finance, and Melbourne Finance and Equity Group, a finance company focused on finance solutions for property developers in the private debt market space.
He has immense experience with financial analysis and brings a wealth of experience to the table. Cameron holds a Bachelor of Commerce, a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management and is a member of the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia.
Come and meet other property investors …
After the presentation we will have a focused networking session where you will get to meet active property investors, renovators, developers and potential joint venture partners.
This approach makes networking fun and also helps you zero in and identify potential investing partners.
Come and network with many property investors who are actively investing right now!
You will need to come along to experience it!
I look forward to seeing you
Tony
