How Developers, Renovators, & Investors can Maximise Access to Finance!

This meetup is a great opportunity to connect with other like-minded people interested in property investing, renovating and developing. By mixing with other property people, we learn and expand our knowledge, share useful contacts, form new relationships – and even meet potential investing partners!

How Developers, Renovators, & Investors can Maximise Access to Finance

The financial landscape has altered significantly over the past year. Interest rates have risen, and some lenders have recently changed the way they assess loan applications.

As property developers, renovators, and investors we need to understand the finance landscape – including how these changes affect our costs and our access to finance.

This month, property finance expert Cameron Perry from Perry Finance will cover the following:

  • Flexible funding sources & strategies for developers, renovators and investors
  • Understanding the lending landscape including:

    • Comprehensive Credit Reporting
    • Rising Cost of Funds
    • Valuation Variation
    • Borrowing Capacity

  • Important tips for navigating the lending environment in FY23/24
  • Why joint venture funding makes sense for many investors
  • Financing mistakes to avoid
  • How to enhance your borrowing capacity
  • Alternatives to consider if you are struggling to secure finance in today’s market
  • How to prepare for your next finance application

This approach makes networking fun and also helps you zero in and identify potential investing partners.

Come and network with many property investors who are actively investing right now!

You will need to come along to experience it!

I look forward to seeing you

Tony
