Rhett Bowlen is the Director of Bespoke P&D, a boutique urban planning firm working in SEQ. Bespoke P&D assists with new project concept & strategy, due diligence advice, development applications, development delivery and sealing. As both a professional town planner and an active property developer himself, Rhett has a range of experience from larger mixed-use development projects and subdivisions through to small-scale dual occupancy and wealth generation projects (such as rooming accommodation & and second income developments). He has undertaken over 20 of his own development projects across Brisbane, Redland City and Logan.

Braden Corfield – General Manager – Sonto Surveyors

Braden Corfield is the General Manager of Sonto Surveyors, providing surveying and spatial data services across a diverse range of surveying projects – including subdivisions, building format plans, contour and detail surveys, construction set-outs, as-constructed plans, 3D scanning, and as-built Revit models. Under Braden’s direction, Sonto has seen remarkable growth in its business over the past two years, with a team now consisting of 15 surveyors.

Adrian Rodgers – Project Manager – Empower Engineers and Project Managers

Adrian Rodgers is a Project Manager for Empower Engineers & Project Managers, part of the BMD Group of Companies. Adrian leads a “built form” team focused on providing efficient, cost-effective, constructible designs for a range of projects from subdivisions of up to 14 Lots, townhouse developments of all sizes, and medium to high density residential/ commercial developments.

We’re thrilled to have developer Nick Hauge present a simple property deal that proved to be very profitable. Nick will showcase how he took an 810m2 block through the process of a one-into-two lot subdivision, with multiple “exit strategies” – including how the deal was found, put together, and completed.
